I’m continuing to update my archive of patterns with pdf downloadables. This time around I’ve focussed on my heart containing patterns – just in time for Valentine’s day! One of the best things about all of these projects is that they are great for stash-busting those scraps you just don’t want to waste – and they’re all nice and quick to rustle up too. So have a look and think about how you’re going to share the crochet love with your loved ones! :) Little Hearts Drawstring Bag
One of my favourites is this cute drawstring bag. You can make it in any size as it’s customisable – both the examples are from the same pattern! I really enjoyed making a matching coin purse and bag – great for little girls (and their dolls?). Heart Strings
Who would have thought this simple pattern would be so popular? I keep using this one for so many projects (bracelets for my niece, as gift wrap finishing, on cards), I’m so glad that all you Pinterest followers can see it’s potential! Hanging Hearts
Regular readers will know that I only just released this pattern – but I’m including it in the round up for those who are new to my blog! I’m so pleased to hear from those of you who’ve made these already, it sounds like the possibilities are endless for colour combos and fillings!
This pattern grew from my Love Hearts Motif – which is just two rounds and makes a great applique or addition to a card. Why not use the same yarn as for some heart strings and make a co-ordinating gift? Love! Card
It’s the same heart in this fun card – but now you can make the letters too! I like this one as it’s easy to make it suitable for a guy or a girl. I love how the crochet pieces add dimension and texture without making the card crazy big or too delicate to post.
Which one will you try first?
